2. Information We Collect

When you call one of our client business phone numbers and do not reach anyone, you may receive an automated text message follow-up. During this text conversation, we may collect:

• Phone number — captured automatically when you place the call
• Your name — provided voluntarily during the text conversation
• Service request details — the type of service you need and a description of the issue
• Zip code — to confirm the business serves your area
• Scheduling preference — when you would like service

We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive personal data through our text messaging service.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information you provide is used solely to:

• Respond to your missed call with a helpful follow-up
• Understand what service you need so the business can call you back prepared
• Notify the business owner of your service request so they can follow up promptly
• Log your request in the business's internal tracking system for quality service

4. Information Sharing

Your information is shared only with the specific business you called. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate the text messaging system (such as Twilio for message delivery), but these providers are contractually bound to use your information only to provide services to us.

5. Data Retention

We retain conversation data for up to 12 months to support our clients' customer service records. After this period, data is automatically deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at (714) 989-6506.

6. Text Messaging Terms

• Text messages are sent only in response to a phone call you initiated
• We do not send unsolicited marketing messages
• Message frequency varies — typically 3 to 7 messages per conversation
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
• Reply HELP for assistance

7. Monthly Marketing Report Delivery

If you are a business owner with an active marketing service agreement with DC AI Solutions, you may receive one text message per month containing a link to your monthly marketing report. This report summarizes new pages published on your website, SEO progress, and other deliverables completed during the billing period.

7.1 Information We Collect

For this service, we collect only:

• Phone number — provided by you when signing your marketing service agreement
• Business name — to personalize your report

7.2 How We Use This Information

Your phone number is used solely to deliver your monthly marketing report link via SMS. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not share it with third parties.

7.3 Consent & Opt-Out

You consent to receiving these messages when you sign your marketing service agreement with DC AI Solutions. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us directly. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your marketing service agreement.

8. Hi Local AI Mobile Application

The Hi Local AI app ("the App") is available on iOS and macOS. It allows local service businesses to upload photos and videos of completed projects, which are then used to generate marketing content including blog posts, Google Business Profile updates, and social media posts.

8.1 Information We Collect Through the App

When you use the Hi Local AI app, we may collect:

• Account information — email address and password used to create your account
• Photos and videos — images and videos you upload of completed work projects
• Project details — descriptions of work completed, neighborhood, city, and service type
• Location data — if you grant permission, used to tag project photos with your service area
• Device information — device type, operating system version, and push notification tokens
• Business information — your business name, website URL, and service categories

8.2 How We Use App Data

Information collected through the App is used to:

• Generate AI-written blog posts and marketing content from your project photos
• Publish content to your business website and Google Business Profile
• Send push notifications when your content is published or requires attention
• Improve the quality and relevance of AI-generated content
• Provide customer support and maintain your account

8.3 Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services to function:

• Supabase — secure cloud database for account data, project submissions, and file storage
• OpenAI — AI content generation from your project descriptions and photos
• Expo / Apple Push Notification Service — delivery of push notifications to your device
• Vercel — hosting for the web version of the application

These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services and are bound by their own privacy policies.

8.4 Photo and Camera Permissions

The App requests access to your device's camera and photo library solely for uploading project photos. Photos are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored securely in our cloud infrastructure. We do not access your photo library beyond the images you explicitly select for upload.

7.5 Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Hi Local AI account and all associated data (including uploaded photos, project submissions, and generated content) at any time by contacting us at (714) 989-6506 or through the App's Settings screen. Account deletion is processed within 30 days.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Opt out — Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving messages
• Request your data — Contact us to receive a copy of the information we have about you
• Request deletion — Contact us to have your information permanently deleted
• Not participate — You are never required to respond to our text messages

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Contact us to exercise these rights.

10. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure database storage, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
