Program Overview
DC AI Solutions (operated by Darrel Chavez, Brea, California) provides automated text messaging services for local home service businesses. We operate two SMS programs:
Program 1: Missed Call Text-Back

When you call a participating local business and your call is not answered, you will receive one automated text message from (888) 219-1278 letting you know we received your call and asking how we can help. You may then reply to describe your service need so the business can call you back prepared.
This is a one-time, service-related interaction — not a recurring marketing subscription. Messages are sent only in direct response to a missed phone call that you initiated.
Program 2: Monthly Marketing Report Delivery
Number: (323) 870-6763
Business owners who have an active marketing service agreement with DC AI Solutions receive one text message per month from (323) 870-6763 containing a link to their monthly marketing report. The report summarizes new pages published on their website, SEO progress, and other deliverables completed during the billing period.
This is a recurring monthly message sent only to business owners (not consumers) who have signed a service agreement. One message per month, no additional follow-ups.
How You Opt In (Consent)
Missed Call Text-Back
You opt in by placing a phone call to a participating business phone number. When your call is not answered, your phone number is used to send a single automated follow-up text message. This constitutes your consent to receive service-related text messages for that specific interaction.
- No web form, keyword, or separate sign-up is required — your inbound phone call is the opt-in action
- You will only receive messages related to the specific call you placed
- You will not be added to any marketing list or receive future promotional messages
- You are never required to respond to any text message
Monthly Marketing Report Delivery
You opt in by signing a marketing service agreement with DC AI Solutions. The agreement includes a clause authorizing DC AI Solutions to send monthly text messages containing a link to your marketing report. Consent is collected at the time of signing the service agreement, before any messages are sent.
- Only business owners with an active service agreement receive these messages
- Your phone number is provided by you when signing the agreement
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP — opting out of texts does not cancel your service agreement

Message Frequency
Missed Call Text-Back: Message frequency varies per conversation. A typical interaction involves 3 to 7 text messages total (sent and received combined) over the course of one conversation. Each conversation is a one-time interaction tied to a specific missed call.
Monthly Marketing Report: 1 text message per month, sent at the end of each billing period. Contains a single link to your marketing report. No additional follow-up messages are sent.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard text messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent and received through this service. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan. DC AI Solutions is not responsible for any charges from your wireless provider.
How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving text messages at any time from either program. To opt out:
- Reply STOP to any message from (888) 219-1278 or (323) 870-6763
- You may also reply: CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or END
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent from that number. To re-subscribe, text START to the same number.

Participating Carriers
Our service is compatible with all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy & Data Use
We collect only the information you voluntarily provide during the text conversation (name, zip code, service need). We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is shared only with the specific business you called.
