1. Programs & Description
DC AI Solutions, operated by Darrel Chavez, provides two SMS communication services:
1A. Missed Call Text-Back Service
An automated text message follow-up service on behalf of local home service businesses. When you call a participating business and your call is not answered, you will receive an automated text message offering to help capture your service request so the business can return your call.
1B. Monthly Marketing Report Delivery
A monthly text message sent to business owners who have an active marketing service agreement with DC AI Solutions. Each message contains a link to the client's monthly marketing report showing new pages published on their website, SEO progress, and other completed deliverables. One message per month.
2. Consent
Missed Call Text-Back: By placing a phone call to a participating business phone number, you consent to receive automated text messages related to your call. These messages are service-related follow-ups — not marketing or promotional messages. You are never required to respond, and you may opt out at any time.
Monthly Report Delivery: By signing a marketing service agreement with DC AI Solutions, you consent to receive one text message per month containing a link to your monthly marketing report. You may opt out at any time without affecting your service agreement.
3. Message Frequency
Missed Call Text-Back: Message frequency varies by conversation. A typical interaction involves 3 to 7 text messages exchanged over one conversation. You will not receive recurring messages or messages unrelated to your original phone call. Each conversation is a one-time interaction tied to a specific missed call.
Monthly Report Delivery: 1 text message per month, sent at the end of each billing period. Contains a single link to your marketing report. No additional follow-up messages.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard text messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to messages sent and received through this service. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan. DC AI Solutions is not responsible for any charges from your wireless provider.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You can stop receiving messages at any time. To opt out:
- Reply STOP to any text message from our service
- You may also text: CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or END
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. If you opt out and later wish to receive messages again, you may text START to re-subscribe.

7. Participating Carriers
Our service is compatible with all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect only the information necessary to connect you with the business you called. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. For complete details, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Service Availability
Our text messaging service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, message delivery depends on your wireless carrier's network and may occasionally experience delays. We are not responsible for messages that are not delivered due to carrier issues, device incompatibility, or incorrect phone numbers.
10. Disclaimer
The automated text assistant provides general information collection only. It does not provide service quotes, schedule appointments, or make commitments on behalf of any business. All pricing, scheduling, and service commitments are made directly by the business when they contact you.
11. Limitation of Liability
DC AI Solutions is not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our text messaging service, including but not limited to missed messages, delayed responses, or inaccurate information provided during automated conversations. Our maximum liability is limited to the direct cost of the text messages sent.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
